Our Human Resources Department prides itself on finding the highest caliber of employees that best complement our company philosophy, our service offerings, our existing human resources and our customers’ individual definitions of success. BNKe recognizes the fact that employees are its most VALUABLE resource. We continue to take pride in the quality and performance of our Customer Service Representatives, Technical Support Specialists, and Inside Sales Representatives that consistently achieve and surpass our clients’ goals and expectations.
The process commences with a team from HR reviewing the resumes that have been submitted and a short list is prepared of those people found with the requisite educational backgrounds, language and computer skills.
The prospective candidates who have been thus short listed are then subjected to a telephonic interview to establish fluency of language, pronunciation, accent aberrations if any etc. Thereafter a second short list is prepared.
This is carried out by a panel consisting of representatives of HR, Training and Operations. The candidates are put through various evaluations like script reading, comprehension tests, group discussions, computer skills and typing tests, individual one on one interviews, etc. before the final selection. |
