The selection process is a very elaborate one and ensures that those who are finally hired are the best. 

  • Review of resumes

The process commences with a team from HR reviewing the resumes that have been submitted and a short list is prepared of those people found with the requisite educational backgrounds, language and computer skills.

  • Pre Interview telephonic screening

The prospective candidates who have been thus short listed are then subjected to a telephonic interview to establish fluency of language, pronunciation, accent aberrations if any etc.  Thereafter a second short list is prepared.

  • Interview and final selection 

This is carried out by a panel consisting of representatives of HR, Training and Operations.  The candidates are put through various evaluations like script reading, comprehension tests, group discussions, computer skills and typing tests, individual one on one interviews, etc. before the final selection.
