  Outbound Voice
 

We understand that the success of any outbound process depends on the ability of the system to posses accurate voice detection capabilities to ensure more contact calls to the CSRs to pitch to, in order for them to achieve higher sales/completes targets. Our outbound call management network comprising of predictive dialers and database servers, allows us to build telemarketing scripts, store prospect information, schedule and place outbound calls, devise recall strategy and dynamically exercise control on dialer parameters. Transferring of calls to a third party verifier or a hot transfer to the onshore client site is also possible. This coupled with quality conscious and experienced hard sellers as our CSRs becomes a potent force for outbound calling. The systems are fully  capable of meeting all DNC and OFCOM regulations/stipulations.

 
Web-based Services
 
BNKe has dedicated broadband internet connectivity to the backbones of three different service providers and has the capability to access remote servers and databases over Virtual Private Networks.  BNKe also provides E-Mail Mangement, Chat and Co-browsing Support.  All Call Center seats are web enabled.
 
Back-Office Services
