BNKe has a full fledged training team whose basic responsibility is to train the new hires in Customer Handling skills for the USA/UK, Understanding the American/British cultural ‘Mindset’, Voice and Accent training ‘Ameri-speak’ / ‘Brit-speak’, 'Soft Skills’ training, Stress Management, Time Management, Team-building & project activities etc.
  Sales Skills
 

In case the training batch is to undertake outbound sales then the induction capsule includes training from in-house sales specialists on what it takes to ‘get the deal’. They also analyze effective listening, handling and overcoming objections, negotiations, and closing. There is also a large practical learning component including numerous role-plays and advanced scripting.

 

Refresher Training

 
The training team also monitors calls on the floor in order to identify any CSR who may require refresher training on soft skills or voice and accent.  The refresher training capsule is an ongoing activity to ensure no drop in quality of call handling by CSR’s who have been on calls for protracted periods.
 

Product Training

 

The product training is handled by dedicated process trainers who are selected based on their performance on the floor and these trainers are process specific.  They take over the new hires who have successfully completed the induction training capsule. Dedicated management teams work closely with our clients to develop a training schedule that offers the materials to ensure efficient and effective knowledge transfer of product and company information. Our clients are welcome to be part of the hiring process, conduct / assist in training either in person or through web collaboration tools, audio and video conferencing etc. On completion of product training, clients have the liberty to select CSR’s from the ones who have been trained for their respective process.
